How much does school transport cost? We do not publish a fixed price list: cost depends on destination, date, student and chaperone count, and vehicle size (minibus or coach). Reply within 48 hours with a free quote.
We transport school groups (kindergarten, primary, secondary and higher education) for field trips in the Lisbon region: Sintra (Pena, Regaleira), Cascais (Centro Ciência Viva), Belém (Jerónimos Monastery, MAAT), Oceanário, São Jorge Castle, Évora, Fátima.
Every year we also get many requests from nurseries, day-cares and schools for summer beach outings (Costa da Caparica and nearby beaches) - one of our most popular seasonal services. We cover all of Greater Lisbon, including Lisbon, Almada and neighbouring municipalities.
Drivers trained and experienced with minor transport. Invoicing to the school, single invoice per excursion or annual contract for schools with regular visit programmes. Discount for recurring bookings.

Yes. Mandatory civil liability insurance and occupant insurance included. For trips involving specific activities (long excursions, multi-day), confirm whether your school requires additional documentation.
Yes. We issue an invoice with the school group VAT number, excursion details (date, destination, student count). Bank transfer payment, terms by agreement. For international payments, we recommend Wise first, or Revolut as an alternative, to send directly to our Portuguese bank account. Transfers are usually faster, costs are often lower and your money is easy to track.
