For hotels on very narrow streets (Bica, Mouraria, parts of Alfama), we recommend a sedan or small minivan. For minibuses and coaches we suggest an accessible pickup/drop-off point nearby. Always confirmed before the day.
Yes. For VIP guests or long stays we coordinate directly with the concierge: flight arrival confirmations, departure time changes, transfers for dinner/events.
Both options. Some bookings are paid by the hotel (included in a VIP stay), others by the guest at the time. Clarified in the quote.
Yes. We operate 24 hours. For arrivals/departures between 11 PM and 6 AM we confirm the booking by phone the day before to ensure driver allocation.
