We work with event agencies, hotel event departments (Pestana, Vila Galé, Tivoli) and directly with companies. Invoicing with corporate VAT number, single invoice for the full event, and a dedicated account manager for day-of logistics.

Yes. For large congresses we coordinate multiple vehicles in parallel (4-6 minibuses or 3-4 coaches) with staggered schedules. A dedicated event manager monitors logistics and handles last-minute requests.
Yes. Each year we operate for several international congresses in Lisbon. For major events like Web Summit, book 2-4 months ahead due to national demand.
Yes. Single invoice with corporate VAT number, detailed service breakdown and dates. Full payment by bank transfer up to 1 week before the event; for contracted clients, terms are agreed case by case. For international payments we recommend Wise (faster and cheaper).
Yes. For events with international participants we assign drivers with English, Spanish, French or Italian. Indicate the preferred language at booking.
Drivers wear suit and tie for executive services (sedan, VIP transfers). For group services (minibus, coach), corporate uniform. We confirm the dress code in the proposal.
